Our Free Delivery Promise
Standard delivery is free to most of the UK Mainland, regardless of order value. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the item. Additional services, such as room-of-choice delivery or assembly, are available at an extra cost.

Delivery Days & Times Slots
Most deliveries take place on weekdays between 8 AM and 8 PM, with some weekend deliveries available. A signature is usually required upon delivery, but if you authorise it in advance, goods can be left unattended at your chosen location. If you need delivery on a specific date, let us know before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available, we’ll email you the details once your order has been dispatched. For larger items, delivery will be handled by specialist couriers, and tracking may not always be available. In these cases, we’ll provide you with a designated time slot so you know when to expect your delivery. If you’ve ordered multiple items from different brands, they may arrive on different days and with different couriers this helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Preparing for Your Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, please check that your new item will fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, and under ceilings. If any adjustments are needed to accommodate your item, please make these prior to delivery.
Deliveries will be made to a ground-floor room of your choice only. If your items need to be delivered above the ground floor, please notify us as soon as possible, as this may lead to a failed delivery and additional charges.
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, some couriers may leave the goods in a safe location or leave a card to help you rearrange the delivery. Please note that in some cases, failed deliveries or redeliveries may incur an extra fee.
After your Delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully before signing for them. If you’re unable to check them before the delivery person leaves, be sure to sign as unchecked. We recommend keeping the packaging and your order confirmation email, as they will be required for any after-sales queries or returns.
All items delivered by us are provided with an Unpack and Check service. The driver will inspect the goods with you for any damage or faults, so please allow time for this. Once you sign for the delivery, we may not be able to process any returns due to damage or faults discovered afterward.
Once signed for and delivered, the items are considered your property, as long as payment has been completed in full. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the items once they have been delivered unless they were reported as damaged, faulty, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
For items that require assembly, ensure you have all the necessary parts, instructions, and information. Follow the manufacturers instructions and use the recommended tools. We cannot process refunds for items that are damaged during assembly or incorrectly put together.
If you intend to store your items, please inspect them thoroughly before doing so.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you on the date they are delivered or on the first attempted delivery date by us.
2. While we strive to deliver within the timeframe specified on our website, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused by delays or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframes. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded once the goods are returned to our distribution centre(s) in accordance with our Returns Policy or classified as lost by the carrier.
3. We will make every effort to deliver your order to the address provided on your order form. If the products are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or because you failed to contact the courier or collect the goods from the depot, we will issue a refund for the products minus the delivery charges and any additional fees incurred by the courier for returning the goods to us.
4. Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
