At Belmont Interiors, we believe in offering value without hidden costs. That’s why standard delivery is free to UK Mainland addresses on all our products. Please note that this does not include delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, or Channel Islands. For these locations, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.
Delivery of Smaller Items
Smaller items are typically shipped using trusted couriers like UPS, ParcelForce, or DPD. These services often provide tracking information and an estimated delivery time, which we will share with you when available. Please ensure a valid mobile number is provided so couriers can contact you via call or text for delivery arrangements.
Delivery of Larger Items
For larger or bulkier items, we work with specialized third-party logistics companies. Our standard delivery timeframe is between 4–10 working days, depending on stock availability. While many items are in stock and ready to dispatch, some are available on pre-order or backorder with our suppliers. Any delays will be fully communicated, and you are welcome to contact us for a more specific timeframe before placing your order.
For heavier items, Deliveries are made to ground floor locations only, in line with insurance requirements. If you require delivery to an upper floor or another specific location, please inform us in advance so we can assess and make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges may apply for these requests.
Important Delivery Information
• Checking Deliveries: Upon receipt, please inspect your items while the driver is present. In the rare case of damage, the items can be returned immediately. If this isn’t possible, damages must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Claims made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
• Delivery Arrangements: Once a delivery date is confirmed, it’s essential to ensure someone is available to receive the goods. If a delivery fails due to unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. For alternative arrangements, such as delivering to a work address or neighbor, please inform us in advance.
• Fit and Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that items will fit through doorways, staircases, or other access points. For oversized items (e.g., tables exceeding 220cm), please consult our team for guidance before delivery. Additional charges may apply if special equipment or alternative arrangements are needed.
Additional Considerations
• Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday; however, we also deliver on weekends when our schedule allows.
• For safety, please ensure pets and children are kept clear during the delivery and any setup process.
