For heavier items, Deliveries are made to ground floor locations only, in line with insurance requirements. If you require delivery to an upper floor or another specific location, please inform us in advance so we can assess and make the necessary arrangements. • Checking Deliveries: Upon receipt, please inspect your items while the driver is present. In the rare case of damage, the items can be returned immediately. If this isn’t possible, damages must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Claims made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
• Delivery Arrangements: Once a delivery date is confirmed, it’s essential to ensure someone is available to receive the goods. If a delivery fails due to unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. For alternative arrangements, such as delivering to a work address or neighbor, please inform us in advance.
• Fit and Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring that items will fit through doorways, staircases, or other access points. For oversized items (e.g., tables exceeding 220cm), please consult our team for guidance before delivery. Additional charges may apply if special equipment or alternative arrangements are needed.

• Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday; however, we also deliver on weekends when our schedule allows.
